These guidelines define who we are as a community. They protect everyone on Hamrah and ensure every interaction is safe, respectful, and professional. Violations result in permanent removal.

1. Respect Everyone

Every person on Hamrah deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. This means:

  • No harassment: Do not send unwanted, aggressive, threatening, or intimidating messages to any user
  • No discrimination: Do not discriminate based on gender, religion, ethnicity, sect, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, or socioeconomic background
  • No bullying: Do not mock, demean, or belittle any user — whether publicly (in reviews) or privately (in chat)
  • Respect boundaries: If someone says "no" to something, accept it gracefully. Do not pressure, guilt, or manipulate
  • Cultural sensitivity: Pakistan is diverse. Be mindful and respectful of cultural differences across regions and communities

2. Keep It Professional

Hamrah is a professional companion services platform. Every interaction must remain strictly platonic:

  • No romantic advances: Do not flirt with, propose to, or make romantic comments to any user. This applies to both clients and companions
  • No sexual content: Do not send, request, or share sexually explicit messages, photos, videos, or any suggestive content of any kind
  • Professional language: Use clean, respectful language in all communications. Avoid vulgar, obscene, or offensive language
  • Appropriate behavior: During bookings, maintain professional conduct. No inappropriate physical contact, substance abuse, or illegal activities
  • Dress appropriately: Both parties should dress modestly and appropriately for the planned activity and setting

Zero Tolerance: ANY romantic or sexual behavior — even "jokes" — results in immediate and permanent account termination. No warnings. No second chances.

3. Be Honest & Authentic

  • Real identity: Use your real name (or an approved display name) and genuine, recent photos that accurately represent your appearance
  • Accurate information: Profile bios, service descriptions, qualifications, and experience must be truthful. Do not exaggerate or fabricate
  • Honest reviews: Write reviews that genuinely reflect your experience. Do not leave fake positive reviews for yourself or fake negative reviews for competitors
  • No impersonation: Do not pretend to be someone else, use another person's photos, or create fake personas
  • Transparent pricing: Companions must list accurate pricing. Do not charge hidden fees or renegotiate rates after a booking is accepted

4. Communicate Through the App

All communication must stay within Hamrah's messaging system. This is critical for safety:

  • No personal contact sharing: Do not share or request phone numbers, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, email addresses, or any other personal contact information
  • No off-platform bookings: Do not arrange bookings, payments, or meetings outside of Hamrah. This bypasses our safety and payment protection systems
  • Monitored for safety: All messages are monitored by our AI safety system. Attempts to share contact info will be flagged and may result in account restrictions
  • Respond promptly: Reply to messages and booking requests within a reasonable timeframe. Ghosting damages trust and community reputation

⚠️ Sharing contact information to circumvent the platform violates our Terms of Service and voids all platform protections (escrow, safety tracking, dispute resolution).

5. Honor Your Commitments

  • Be punctual: Show up on time for every booking. If you're running late, communicate proactively through the app
  • Follow through: Once you accept a booking, deliver the service as described and agreed upon
  • Cancel responsibly: If you must cancel, do so as early as possible and provide a reason. Frequent cancellations damage your reputation and may lead to account penalties
  • Stay the full duration: Do not leave a session early without mutual agreement. If you must leave early, communicate clearly and offer appropriate compensation
  • Manage expectations: Be upfront about what you can and cannot do. Don't overpromise and underdeliver

6. Report Issues Promptly

Reporting helps keep our community safe. You should report:

  • Any user who makes inappropriate, sexual, or romantic advances
  • Suspicious profiles that may be fake or misleading
  • Users who attempt to share personal contact information or arrange off-platform meetings
  • Any behavior that makes you feel uncomfortable, threatened, or unsafe
  • Users who cancel frequently without valid reasons
  • Reviews that appear fake, retaliatory, or manipulated

Reports are confidential — the reported user will not know who filed the report. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.

7. Content & Photo Guidelines

  • Profile photos: Use clear, recent, well-lit photos showing your face. No heavy filters, no group photos as primary, no celebrity photos
  • No inappropriate imagery: Do not upload revealing, suggestive, or inappropriate photos or content of any kind
  • No copyrighted content: Only upload photos and content you own or have permission to use
  • No contact info in photos: Do not embed phone numbers, social media handles, or URLs in your profile photos
  • During bookings: Do not photograph, video record, or livestream the other person without their explicit verbal consent

8. Inclusivity & Accessibility

Hamrah is for everyone who follows our guidelines:

  • Do not refuse service based on gender, ethnicity, religion, sect, disability, or appearance
  • Be patient and accommodating with users who may have different communication styles or abilities
  • Use inclusive, respectful language that makes everyone feel welcome
  • Companions: clearly describe your services so clients can make informed booking decisions

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Respect privacy: Do not share anyone's personal information, booking details, or conversation content outside the platform
  • Confidential interactions: What happens during a booking stays between the two parties and Hamrah's safety team (if needed)
  • No screenshots sharing: Do not screenshot and share private conversations publicly (on social media, forums, etc.)
  • Data protection: Do not attempt to collect, store, or misuse any user's personal data obtained through the platform

10. Enforcement & Consequences

We enforce these guidelines consistently and fairly:

Repeated minor violations or moderate violations result in a 7-30 day account suspension

Permanent Ban

Serious violations (sexual content, harassment, fraud, safety threats) result in immediate permanent ban with no appeal
